UN Convention on the Right of Persons with Disabilities to go before the Senate Foreign Relations Committee this week and next. Here’s hoping this is the moment for this treaty, since there’s such strong feeling about the folks who brought us the shutdown, who are largely the folks who oppose the treaty, by similarly false reasoning.
