   1. Families and self-advocates can help set the advocacy agenda for the coming year by completing the Developmental Disabilities Advocacy Survey through the Manhattan DD Council website https://www.manhattanddcouncil.org/developmental-disabilities-advocacy-survey.
   2. Developmental Disabilities Advocacy Survey was distributed.

Discussion: December 18, 2014 Family Support Fair Wrap-Up

• Copy of the evaluations of The Family & Professional Resource Fair prepared by Margaret Puddington were distributed and reviewed.
• Discussed pros and cons according to evaluations and attendees’ own experience.
• Ideas were shared regarding ways to improve the next Fair, such as venue, session topics, raffles and testing of translation equipment.
• Committee is looking into other possible venues for 2015 Fair. Please email Amy Bittinger at abittinger@ucpnyc.org if you have any suggestions.
