- The Family & Professional Resource Fair brochure was distributed.
- The Service Provider Vendor Letter was distributed.
- A sample of the “parent bag” was presented. There are 500 in total.
- Provided updates on: venue, budget, packets, translation assignments, food proposal, raffles, gift bags, signage, AV needs and volunteers.
- Assignments were given to attendees.
- Jennifer Shaoul requested suggestions on who to ask for donations for “parent bags.” A copy of the solicitation letter for such items can be found with attached documents.
- Next Fair meeting will be December 9th.
- We will need a lot more agency staff to assist in the logistics of this event. Please contact Amy Bittinger via her email address to volunteer for the day.
