Better Care Through FIDA Managed Care?
A Fully Integrated Duals Advantage (FIDA) is a type of managed care for people who are eligible for both Medicaid and Medicare. A FIDA specifically for adults with developmental disabilities has just opened. It has an interdisciplinary team to address each individual’s medical needs as well as long-term services and supports. La “Ventaja Dual Completamente Integrada” (FIDA, siglas en inglés), es un tipo de plan de cuidado controlado para personas que califican para ambos Medicaid y Medicare.
