The Transition Committee - Manhattan DD Council

In an effort to assist Manhattan students and families in the Transition process from School to Adult Services, the Manhattan DD Council will be resuming the Transition Committee as a standing Sub-Committee of the Council. This Committee will be Co-Chaired by David Summers from AHRC and Andrew Harris, Transition Team Leader at P138M.
