Elizabeth Cambra – Deputy Director of the NYC Region 4 for OPWDD will be joining us to assist with our journey through the FRONT DOOR in light of all the changes that are coming our way…..bring yourselves and your questions….. This should not be missed……

Eden Ruiz-Lopez – UCP/NYC Access-To-Home Coordinator will be exploring many of the nuances of housing advocacy and in-home adaptive modifications. She will reveal an amazing program which has enhanced the capacity for individuals to remain in their homes.
BOTH PROGRAMS WILL BE HELD AT THE FOLLOWING LOCATION:

All MSC’s will receive 2 hours of training credit for each of the above sessions…..
